Hello my dear #Hive Champions and SWC, how are you today? I hope you are super well, for today I want to share a routine that I usually do to train my chest and arms from the comfort of my home, I hope you like it.
For today I wanted to increase the intensity a bit and do an intermediate level routine so we are going to work as follows: 20 repetitions and only 1 minute of rest between each exercise, it is important to respect the minute of rest and not more than that for the routine to really be effective. We are going to repeat this routine a total of 4 times.
• Ejercicio #1: Flexiones Diamante: 20 Repeticiones | 1 minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #1: Diamond Push-Ups : 20 Repetitions | 1 minute of rest.
• Ejercicio #2: Flexiones Puño Cerrado: 20 Repeticiones | 1 minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #2: Closed Fist Push-Ups : 20 Repetitions | 1 minute of rest.
• Ejercicio #3: Flexiones Arqueras: 20 Repeticiones | 1 minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #3: Archer Push-Ups : 20 Repetitions | 1 minute of rest.
• Ejercicio #4: Flexiones con Aplauso: 20 Repeticiones.
• Exercise #4: Clapping Push-Ups : 20 Repetitions.
