Greetings my dear Champions of #Hive and Full Sports how are you today? I hope you are super well, for today I want to share with you a full body cardio routine to burn calories and tone our body.
For today's routine we are going to work as follows: 30 seconds for each exercise and we are only going to leave 15 seconds of rest between each exercise so that when performing this routine it is quite effective, at the end of the circuit we will rest for 1 minute and We will repeat it 5 more times.
• Ejercicio #1: Flexiones de Lado a Lado: 30 segundos | 15 Segundos de descanso.
• Exercise #1: Side to Side Pushups: 30 seconds | 15 seconds of rest.
• Ejercicio #2: Zancadas Explosivas: 30 segundos | 15 Segundos de descanso.
• Exercise #2: Explosive Lunges: 30 seconds | 15 seconds of rest.
• Ejercicio #3: Escaladores: 30 segundos | 15 Segundos de descanso.
• Exercise #3: Mountain Climbers: 30 seconds | 15 seconds of rest.
• Ejercicio #4: Sentadillas de Lado a Lado: 30 segundos.
• Exercise #4: Side to Side Squats: 30 seconds.
