    Saludos mis queridos Champions de #Hive y Full Deportes ¿cómo están el día de hoy? espero que estén súper bien, para el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una rutina de cardio full body para quemar calorías y tonificar nuestro cuerpo.

    Greetings my dear Champions of #Hive and Full Sports how are you today? I hope you are super well, for today I want to share with you a full body cardio routine to burn calories and tone our body.

    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    Para la rutina de hoy vamos a trabajar de la siguiente manera: 30 segundos por cada ejercicio y solo vamos a dejar 15 segundos de descanso entre cada ejercicio para que así al realizar ésta rutina sea bastante efectiva, al terminar el circuito descansaremos durante 1 minuto y la repetiremos 5 veces más.

    For today's routine we are going to work as follows: 30 seconds for each exercise and we are only going to leave 15 seconds of rest between each exercise so that when performing this routine it is quite effective, at the end of the circuit we will rest for 1 minute and We will repeat it 5 more times.
