    Hola mis queridos Amigos de #Hive y SWC ¿Cómo están el día de hoy? espero que estén súper bien, estaba un poco desaparecido por la comunidad ya que había estado enfermo y bueno, recién estos días me he comenzado a sentir un poco mejor, para retomar nuevamente mis entrenamientos decidí hacer una rutina enfocada en los hombros, cabe destacar que aunque realicé esta rutina en un estadio fácilmente esta rutina puede ser realizada en un parque o desde la comodidad de nuestro hogar, espero les guste.😁
    Hello my dear Friends of #Hive and SWC How are you today, I hope you are super well, I was a little disappeared by the community since I had been sick and well, just these days I have started to feel a little better, to resume again my workouts I decided to do a routine focused on the shoulders, it is noteworthy that although I performed this routine in a stadium easily this routine can be performed in a park or from the comfort of our home, I hope you like it.😁

    EXPLICACIÓN
    EXPLANATION

    En esta ocasión vamos a realizar 4 variantes de flexiones, estas 4 variantes aunque si bien trabajan los pechos y brazos están enfocados en el desarrollo de los hombros, vamos a estar realizando 12 repeticiones de cada uno de los ejercicios, 3 series y dejaremos como siempre 1 minuto de descanso.

    ⚠️Recuerden que es de suma importancia estar bien hidratados y calentar bien antes de cada entrenamiento.

    This time we are going to perform 4 variants of push-ups, these 4 variants although they work the breasts and arms are focused on the development of the shoulders, we will be performing 12 repetitions of each of the exercises, 3 sets and leave as always 1 minute rest.

    ⚠️Remember that it is extremely important to be well hydrated and warm up well before each workout.
