I hope you are super well, for today I want to share a routine that I created so that you can achieve your first push-up, I know that for many of us this will be strange since we are capable of doing 20, 30, 40 and even more push-ups but yes, there are people who can't do even 1, that's why today I bring this routine.
Como mencioné esta rutina va orientada a personas que no pueden realizar si quiera 1 flexión y están por entrar en esta disciplina tan hermosa como lo es la calistenia, a continuación les mostraré una serie de ejercicios que debemos realizar para lograr obtener buen desempeño y resistencia.
As I mentioned, this routine is aimed at people who cannot perform even 1 push-up and are about to enter this discipline as beautiful as calisthenics, below I will show you a series of exercises that we must perform to achieve good performance and resistance.
• Ejercicio #1:Flexiones con Apoyo
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #1: Push-ups with Support
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #2: Mantener en Flexión
Mantener hasta el fallo.
• Exercise #2: Keep in Flexion
Hold to failure
• Ejercicio #3: Plancha
Mantener hasta el fallo
• Exercise #3: Plank
Hold to failure
• Ejercicio #4: Flexiones Tigre Básicas
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #4: Basic Tiger Push-ups
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
