    Hola mis queridos Champions de #Hive y SWC ¿Cómo están el día de hoy? espero que estén súper bien, para el día de hoy quiero compartir una rutina que creé para que puedan lograr su primera flexión, sé que para muchos de nosotros se nos hará raro esto ya que somos capaces de hacer 20, 30, 40 e incluso más flexiones pero si, hay personas que no pueden lograr hacer si quiera 1, es por ello que hoy traigo esta rutina.

    EXPLANATION

    Como mencioné esta rutina va orientada a personas que no pueden realizar si quiera 1 flexión y están por entrar en esta disciplina tan hermosa como lo es la calistenia, a continuación les mostraré una serie de ejercicios que debemos realizar para lograr obtener buen desempeño y resistencia.
