    Hola mis queridos Amigos de #Hive y SWC ¿Cómo están el día de hoy? espero que estén súper bien, para el día de hoy me tocaba entrenar los oblicuos así que hice esta rutina muy buena y la quise compartir con ustedes, en cuanto a intensidad considero que no es una rutina enteramente intensa ya que las rutinas que suelo hacer son de 4-8 minutos seguidos sin descanso alguno, en esta tendremos pequeños descansos de 30 segundos, espero les guste.

    EXPLANATION

    Bueno para la rutina del día de hoy decidí hacer una rutina conformada por 4 ejercicios muy buenos para trabajar los oblicuos, en esta ocasión vamos a realizar 15 repeticiones y 3 series de cada uno dejando solo 30 segundos de descanso, recuerden apretar el abdomen para generar una mayor tensión.

    ⚠️Recuerden que es de suma importancia estar bien hidratados y calentar bien antes de cada entrenamiento.

    Well for today's routine I decided to do a routine made up of 4 very good exercises to work the obliques, this time we will perform 15 repetitions and 3 sets of each leaving only 30 seconds of rest, remember to tighten the abdomen to generate greater tension.

    16 Repeticiones (8 de cada lado) | 30 Segundos de descanso | 3 series.

    • Exercise #3: Elbow-knee crunches.

    16 Repetitions (8 each side) | 30 Seconds of rest | 3 sets.
