Hola mis queridos Champions de #Hive y SWC ¿Cómo están el día de hoy? espero que estén súper bien, bueno hoy pensé en redimirme conmigo mismo e intentar nuevamente el reto de la canción, éste reto de la canción fue creado por la reina de la comunidad SWC @milagroscdlrr.

EXPLICACIÓN	EXPLANATION

Si vieron mi vídeo anterior sabrán de qué va el reto, si aún no lo han visto haré una breve explicación de qué va el reto, el reto consiste en estar en posición de plancha el tiempo que dure una canción (2m+), es decir me refiero a completar todo el tiempo que dura nuestra canción mientras mantenemos nuestra posición de plancha, en mi anterior intento no la pude completar ya que solo hice 1:20s cosa que me frustró un poco y a la vez me motivó para entrenar un poco más y exigirme para luego intentarlo nuevamente.

If you saw my previous video you will know what the challenge is about, if you have not seen it yet I will make a brief explanation of what the challenge is about, the challenge consists of being in a plank position for the duration of a song (2m+), that is to say, I mean to complete the whole time that our song lasts while we maintain our plank position, in my previous attempt I could not complete it since I only did 1:20s, which frustrated me a little and at the same time motivated me to train a little more and push myself then try again.

MI TIEMPO	MY TIME

Como pudieron ver logré completar el reto exitosamente con un tiempo de 2:16s, casi un minuto más que en mi anterior intento, la verdad que esto me hace sentir muy bien ya que logré aumentar mi resistencia en tan solo 1 semana y eso es casi un logro para mí, doy gracias a Milagros por crear este reto ya que me hizo esforzarme más de la cuenta y cumplir con mis entrenamientos sin importar qué tan cansado estuviese.

As you can see, I managed to complete the challenge successfully with a time of 2:16s, almost a minute more than in my previous attempt, the truth is that this makes me feel very good since I managed to increase my resistance in just 1 week and that is almost an achievement for me, I thank Milagros for creating this challenge because it made me work harder than I should and do my workouts no matter how tired I was.
