Hello my dear #Hive Champions and SWC, how are you today? I hope you are super well, for today I want to share with you a very special routine to train your chest and arms from home, I hope you like it.
Esta para mí es una rutina especial ya que haremos varios ejercicios con los cuales me siento muy cómodo y disfruto de realizarlos, vamos a estar realizando 4 ejercicios, 10 repeticiones de cada uno (con excepción de las flexiones lentas) y dejaremos 1 minuto de descanso entre cada ejercicio.
This for me is a special routine since we will do several exercises with which I feel very comfortable and I enjoy doing them, we will be doing 4 exercises, 10 repetitions of each one (with the exception of slow push-ups) and we will rest for 1 minute between each exercise.
• Ejercicio #1: Flexiones Arqueras
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #1: Archer push-ups
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #2: Flexiones Lentas
5 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #2: Slow push-ups
5 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #3: Flexiones con Pausa
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #3: Push-ups with Pause
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
• Ejercicio #4: Spider Push-Up
10 Repeticiones | 1 Minuto de descanso.
• Exercise #4: spider push-up
10 Repetitions | 1 minute rest.
