Greetings my dear #Hive Champions and SWC How are you today? I hope you are super well, a few days ago our fellow athlete @whoismota shared a very interesting challenge that I personally liked a lot since I saw it, so for today I decided to record my attempt and see what it was done.
El reto del día de hoy pone a prueba nuestra fuerza y más que fuerza nuestra resistencia en el empuje ya que el reto consiste en realizar 50 repeticiones de flexiones/push ups en tan solo 50 segundo, es decir debemos hacer 1 flexión por segundo, suena a un reto interesante, verdad?
Today's challenge tests our strength and more than forces our resistance in the push since the challenge consists of performing 50 repetitions of push-ups / push ups in just 50 seconds, that is, we must do 1 push-up per second, it sounds to an interesting challenge, right?
• Flexionar hasta que los brazos formen un ángulo de 90° grados.
• Tener las piernas totalmente estiradas.
• No se permiten cortes en el vídeo.
• Bend until the arms form a 90° angle.
• Have your legs fully stretched.
• Cuts in the video are not allowed.
Con total orgullo les comparto que logré realizar 50 Flexiones en tan solo 40s lo que quiere decir que hice en promedio cada flexión en menos de 1segundo, una completa locura tomando en cuenta que en ningún momento perdí la técnica, le doy gracias a nuestro compañero @whoismota por haber propuesto este reto, me gustó mucho haber participado en el.
With complete pride I share with you that I managed to perform 50 push-ups in just 40 seconds, which means that I did, on average, each push-up in less than 1 second, completely crazy considering that I never lost technique, I thank our partner @whoismota for having proposed this challenge, I really liked having participated in it.
