NY Requiring ALL Travelers Be Tested, This Is Not A Drill

Saturday October 31 Governor Andrew Cuomo of NY announced that ALL travelers thru the state, with the exception of 3 states will be required to test and quarantine. The test widely touted as the golden standard for c*vid testing is the PCR test. The inventor of the test HIMSELF said it isn't supposed to be used for what they're using it for and he died conveniently a few months before this all kicked off... So what is this REALLY about? Control, period.
