For the third exercise you are going to perform touch plus push ups, easily touch with your hand your opposite shoulder and perform the push up, then repeat it with the other hand and so on, it would be 4 sets of 6 reps each.
Cuarto ejercicio, para finalizar haremos push ups cobra, o push ups para los tríceps, realiza la push up bajando solamente los codos hasta lograr tocar el suelo o lo más que puedas, serían 4 sets de 6 reps cada uno.
Fourth exercise, to finish we will do push ups cobra, or push ups for the triceps, perform the push up only lowering the elbows until they touch the floor or as much as you can, it would be 4 sets of 6 reps each.
