What's up, reggae lovers hivers. Today I want to bring you another song from one of my favorite bands "Los Pericos". We have already commented on some things about this Argentine band, but I would like to talk to you about that tough transition that was the departure of "Bahiano". From the little that is commented and I was able to know throughout what these more than 30 years of artistic career of this band have been, Bahiano was one of those fundamental pieces, but for various reasons, I left the band; Regarding this theme there are so many versions but among them it is said that Bahiano was not focused on the band and his ideas were not vibrating with the rest.

Another version is that he wanted to follow a path as a soloist, this being the real version since his departure from the band was voluntary, although despite this there were always frictions on the part of some, but despite all this, many of the Members maintain a very good friendship with Bahiano. Juanchi is the one who takes the lead with regard to the voices, all this in 2004 on the eve of releasing his 12th studio album "7" which had good acceptance by the public despite the change in voice. In 2014 I had the opportunity to see a live concert by this magnificent band at the Hard Rock café in the city of Caracas, Venezuela.

El dia de hoy quiero traerles otro tema de una de mis bandas favoritas “Los Pericos” ya hemos comentado algunas cosas de esta banda Argentina, pero quisiera hablarles de esa dura transición que fue la salida de “Bahiano”. De lo poco que se comenta y pude saber a lo largo de lo que han sido estos más de 30 años de carrera artística de esta banda, bahiano era una de esas piezas fundamentales, pero que por motivos varios, abandono la banda; respecto a este tema hay tantas versiones pero entre ellas se dice de que, bahiano no estaba centrado en la banda y sus ideas no estaban vibrando con el resto. Otra de las versiones es que quería seguir un camino como solista, siendo esta la versión real ya que su partida de la banda fue voluntaria, aunque a pesar de esto siempre quedaron roces por parte de algunos, pero a pesar de todo esto muchos de los integrantes mantienen una muy buena amistad con Bahiano. Juanchi, es quien toma la batuta con respecto a las voces, todo esto en el año 2004 en vísperas de sacar su 12vo álbum de estudio “7” el cual tuvo buena aceptación por el público a pesar del cambio de la voz. En 2014 tuve la oportunidad de ver un concierto en vivo de esta magnífica banda en el Hard Rock café de la ciudad de Caracas, Venezuela.
