Winter and winter vacation made me lazy..

Hello dear friends!
Laziness is the root of diseases. A person who is lazy not only avoids tasks for tomorrow but also invites bad health. Once we start working according to time management, there is no scope for laziness. I am not there but this winter and winter vacation has made me lazy. This time more often cold in comparison to other years. Almost temperature seems hanging below 6०c. Although it is not permanent, yet it happens 3 days a week when I am away from my morning session(physical exercise) practice. Although I am accustomed to get up at 5:00 am, but due to laziness it happens three days a week when I leave bed at 8:30am.
