I Am Alive challenge-88 Always need a short break on regular interval to get refreshment.

Hi everyone!
Very fresh morning from my side...
If you are physically and mentally happy then surely you can do any work better. Perhaps this is why it is said that we need a little break to freshen up at regular intervals. In fact, we are mannequins made of bone and flesh, not machines. We have a limit, limited physical ability according to which we have to work. Last night due to some malaise and physical fatigue, I called the night post for the morning post. I felt I needed a little break to freshen up. However, during the morning I am not feeling as good as it should be. Still I made this video walking on the terrace. Besides It I spend few time for physical maintenance.. I am happy that I am alive I hope my all friend will be happy and alive..
