How do you reconcile in internal and external life? My AMA request..

Hi everyone

I am here again with my AMA request...
Time management is an integral aspect of our life and we work accordingly.
Some people make such a cohesion between their personal life and external life that they do not get time for useless things.
These are the same people who perform their tasks better.And this helps us most in this task, our time management!
Are you too much dependent on time management or manage to work in some way?
In thi sequence my today's question goes for @madushanka, a very hard working guys.. I am fan of his hard work.. because I know there is no alternative of hard work
Q-How do you schedule your time management in lockdown and how do you reconcile external and internal life?
