Today I want to show you guys how to make tasty Naan bread quickly and easily.
Here are our ingredient's
First we need to add 250g of Flour to our mixing pot and add 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Then were going to add half a cup of natural yoghurt.
Next we add 2 tablespoons of milk, this time I'm using coconut milk but you can use regular milk or almond milk.
Next add a small amount of oil, olive oil works well but for this recipe Im using ground nut oil.
So to recap we have 250g flour , 1 teaspoon of baking powder , 1/2 cup natural yoghurt ,2 tablespoons of coconut milk ,and 2 tablespoons ground nut oil.
Now we need to mix and knead the dough...
You want the dough to stick together but not be to sticky...if its a little to sticky add a bit more flour until you have a nice dough ball like this.
Then roll out half of your dough ball, this recipe is enough for 2 medium sized naan breads.
For the first bread we are going to add chopped garlic and fresh coriander.
Then we add it to the frying pan..
Let it cook on both sides until its nicely golden brown.
Enjoy the smell of freshly cooked bread, garlic and coriander.mmmmmmm :).
While the bread was still hot I sprinkled some mozzerella and let the heat of the bread melt it.
While the cheese was melting I added some slow roasted garlic and sundried tomato sauce to the second bread.
Then added some mozzerella , we are going to bake this bread like a pizza rather than add it to the frying pan.
Slow roasted garlic, sun dried tomato ,fresh mozzarella and fresh coriander naan bread pizza...mmmmmm :D...
The end result is a tasty restaurant quality snack. These naan bread pizzas could be made and sold as street foods.
This slow roasted garlic, sun dried tomato ,fresh mozzarella and fresh coriander nann pizza is probably the tastiest thing I have ever cooked.
Garlic bread and pizza , a winning combination and super easy to prepare.
