Dewdrops - Bob Marley Cover

This week I was inspired to re-learn a song I had totally fogotten about.

For this weeks Three tune tuesday @naradamoon shared a compilation of 3 Bob Marley songs which got me thinking I should learn a few of Bob's songs.

I grew up listening to Bob Marley and his sons Ziggy and Damien all through my teenage years and early 20s.

I started playing guitar around 2014 and one of the very first songs I learned was Bobs song "Dewdrops".

I heard a friend of mine play it and asked him to teach it to me as the chord progression seemed relatively simple.

This song uses a beautiful arangemnt of G,C,D and E minor chords which were the only 4 chords I knew back in 2014 .I managed to learn this song prettyy quickly and for a while it was the only song I played.

I had kind of forgotten about it as I havent played it once in maybe 3 years or more.

@naradamoon 's recent post kind of jogged my memory and made me want to re visit this one.

I am pretty sure that in the past I played this one on the 4th fret however I have recently found that singing certian songs on the 7th fret works better for me.

I played around with this song today and was very happy to find out it sounds pretty good way up on the 7th fret.

I took a shot at recording it , hopefully you guys enjoy the song.

I would love to hear @naradamoon @jaydr @eugelys or @juliopalomo try this one. The song is pretty easy to pick up , I think it would sound beautiful when played by any of you guys so I though Id pass on the inspiration .If any of you find the time to record this one tag me so I can hear it :).
