Hola a todos mis amigos de Hive❤️

Hoy les traigo un pequeño video📹 de la idea de almuerzo más rica🤤, sana✅ y fácil de hacer😱, narrada por mi voz y editada de manera divertida.

Espero lo disfruten un abrazo.

Aquí también les dejo los ingredientes que use para la receta:

Arroz🍚 y ajo🧄
Papas🥔, leche🥛 y mantequilla🧈
Queso llanero🧀🇻🇪
Tomate🍅, cebolla🧅 y pimentón🌶️
Pollo🍗
Platanos maduros🍌
Especias🧂; orégano, ajo en polvo, pimienta negra, sal.

Procedimiento...

Arroz
Para hacer el arroz, machaque ajo y lo sofríe y luego le agregue el arroz lavado🍚💦 y su respectiva agua, como era un almuerzo para varias personas hice 4 tasas de arroz☝️ (recuerden que por cada tasa de arroz son dos de agua) y le añadí sal.

Puré de Papas🥔
Para la elaboración del puré coloque a hervir con suficiente agua las papás hasta que ya se hablandaran🔍, luego lo triture con un tenedor y le incorpore sal y un poco de mantequilla🧈, luego en una olla hervi una tasa pequeña de leche🐄 con mantequilla y se lo incorpore para finalmente agregarle el queso llanero🇻🇪.

Platanos🍌
Los pique en rodajas gruesas y los hervi hasta que estuvieran blandos👀, le agregue un poquito de sal al agua🚰.

Ensalada🥗

Pique la cebolla🔪 y el tomate en rodajas y les agregue un poquito de sal🧂, mayones y mostaza.

Y eso fue todo... Tuvimos un rico almuerzo sin tanto esfuerzo💯, fue bastante divertido además😆, los invito a hacerlo alguna vez😎.

Rice🍚 and garlic🧄

Potatoes🥔, milk🥛 and butter🧈

Llanero cheese 🧀🇻🇪

Tomato🍅, onion🧅 and paprika🌶️

Chicken🍗

Spices🧂; oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, salt.

Process...

Rice
To make the rice, crush the garlic and fry it and then add the washed rice 🍚💦 and its respective water, since it was a lunch for several people I made 4 cups of rice ☝️ (remember that for each cup of rice there are two of water ) and added salt.

Mashed Potatoes🥔
To make the puree, boil the potatoes with enough water until they talk to each other🔍, then mash it with a fork and add salt and a little butter🧈, then in a pot I boiled a small cup of milk🐄 with butter and incorporate it to finally add the llanero cheese 🇻🇪.

Bananas🍌
I chopped them into thick slices and boiled them until they were soft👀, I added a little salt to the water🚰.

Salad🥗

Chop the onion🔪 and sliced tomato and add a little salt🧂, mayonnaise and mustard.

And that was it... We had a delicious lunch without much effort💯, it was quite fun too😆, I invite you to do it sometime😎.
