The weather might have turned cooler, but it's still super hot in my roasting area - having to roast every single day at the moment to keep up with demand. Finished the wiring for the intermediate fan for the 30kg batch roaster, and it helped with the smoke a great deal - so that was worth all the effort in the end.

And the orders are still piling up over the weekend, so I'm already working out what I will roast and how much on Monday. Been catching up with painting today and will do tomorrow as well while it's wet and cloudy.
