On Christmas Day I sat down to chat with Halsey on his show. Show kicks off at 1m16s. We talked about Israel, Jewish Nationalism, what the far-right hate about Jews, a bit about our shared experiences talking to Mark Collett and others in the avowedly racist ethno-nationalist movements.

And I was right... it's Title VI - 6 that we spoke about near the beginning.

"Title VI—nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs
Prevents discrimination by programs and activities that receive federal funds. If a recipient of federal funds is found in violation of Title VI, that recipient may lose its federal funding."
