En esta ocasión les doy mi experiencia mientras en mi visita por Caracas tuve una tensión anal excesivamente fuerte que casi provoca que manchara mi orgullo en la calle justo antes del retorno a mi dulce pueblo.

In this occasion I give you my experience while visiting Caracas I had an excessively strong anal tension that almost caused me to stain my pride in the street just before the return to my sweet town.
