Hello, everyone. This is my real therapy. Not long ago I started to go to therapy with a psychologist. But I've always been an athlete. I've always done a lot of exercise. And when I get 1 week or a longer period, I miss it so much. So since the beginning of the year I include skateboarding back to my routine. And now I can see that skateboarding is my real therapy. I need to expend energy, I need to feel evolving, I need to learn new things. Alias everyone needs these things. So choose your physical activity and go now! In my case, I need to go out on the street. Skate for at least 1 hour a day.

Olá a todos. Essa é minha real terapia. A pouco tempo eu comecei a fazer terapia, com psicólogo. Mas eu sempre fui um atleta. Sempre fiz muito exercício. E quando eu fico 1 semana ou um período mais longo, eu sinto muita falta. Então desde o início do ano eu inclui o skate de volta a minha rotina. E agora eu consigo ver que o skate é minha real terapia. Eu preciso gastar energia, preciso me sentir evoluindo, preciso aprender coisas novas. Alias todos precisam dessas coisas. Então escolha sua atividade física e vá agora! No meu caso, eu preciso ir a rua. Andar de skate por no mínimo 1 hora por dia.
