Do you know that you can choose to either amplify a negative word or give no attention to them?

Sometimes, we get lot of positive words, only to be "topped" with a negative one. For some people, from then on what rings in their head is the one negative word that someone said....which robs him/her of the positive words.

The moment you begin to think about what that person said in words like, "you are just trying too hard, you are not going to make it", "hmm, your dress looks boring" et al...you are amplifying the negative.

So what do you do? Don't amplify the negative words!
