First Ever Decentralized Community on Hive - Hive Bangladesh

Following the successful footseps of hive, which arguably has reached its current height of innovation and success through decentralization, we had decided to decentralize our community - Hive Bangladesh.

As mentioned in our introduction post, this is a brand new idea for us and the project is still developing as we speak. My believe is that through decentralization we will be able to elevate the experience of the community users to a new height. We will be able to reflect the benefits of decentralization and bring a new perspective to the direction of Hive Bangladesh.

As of now we have decentralized the community, through 4 members, in the leadership role of the community - @priyanarc @hafizullah @rezoanulvibes and myself. We 4 have diverse skill sets, experiences and ideas which makes this team a good force. We would like to further decentralize the community by reflecting the same ideology of hive - every and all members do have the opportunity to gain a position in the governance of hive blockchain once they initiate their witness.
In Hive Bangladesh we want the members to fully experience hive within the community through a similar form.

As of now the blueprint isn't complete, but we will initiate the blueprint to help us figure out the ins and outs of the blueprint and further develop it, if not fine-tune it.

Every month, one member will have the opportunity to join the leaders bringing us to 5. All members will be able to vote on members to raise 1 member's rank to "leader" to join the team of leaders.
Having 5 leaders will not only decentralize the community further but will allow the leadership to have a bigger diversity of ideas, governance and direction.
In the future, once we have a good grasp of how the entire project runs, we will be able to diversify and decentralize further.
For now each vote will carry a 1:1 value. In the future, I would like to add values to each vote through a point system.
