驴Que tal comunidad de @fulldeportes?,yo soy @blas-training una vez mas por la comunidad,el dia de hoy les traigo la parte 2 de Full body la cual la escribi para traerselas el dia de hoy,esta lista de ejercicios que conforman la rutina la podemos realizar de muchas formas diferentes,podemos hacerlos tipo Tabata,Emom,metodo por series o podemos hacerlo en un super set,dicho esto vayamos con la rutina.
