¿Que tal chicos y chicas de la comunidad de Hive y swc?,yo soy
@blas-training una vez mas por la comunidad,el dia de hoy traigo nuevamente contenido de jalon o Pull ya que esta semana traje tambien (Entreno de jalon parte 2),y bueno me gusto mucho pero esta rutina que traigo hoy esta al nivel o supera a la anterior es bastante simple me gusto mucho y decidi traerla.Basicamente consiste en dos super sets y dos ejercicios normales este es un tipo de rutina a la cual me gusta llamar rutina Old Shcool tratan simplemente de pull ups y muscle ups ,aveces peco un poco de no agregar ciertas variaciones tanto de pull ups como Muscle ups pero la verdad este tipo de rutina siempre es super realizarla al mejor estilo Old School,dicho esto vayamos con la rutina .

@blas-training once again for the community, today I bring again content pull or Pull as this week I also brought (Pull training part 2), and well I liked it a lot but this routine that I bring today is at the level or exceeds the previous one is quite simple I really liked it and decided to bring it. Basically consists of two super sets and two normal exercises this is a type of routine which I like to call Old Shcool routine are simply pull ups and muscle ups, sometimes I sin a little not add certain variations of both pull ups and muscle ups but the truth is that this type of routine is always super perform it in the best Old School style, that said let's go with the routine.
3 Rounds of: 10 Pull up+3 Muscle ups+20 Bar dips+5 Pull ups | 3 Rounds of: 10 Pull up+3 Muscle ups+20 Bar dips+5 Pull ups |
5 Muscle ups con 15 kg 3 series | 5 Muscle ups with 15 kg 3 sets |
15 Pull ups con 25 kg 3 series | 15 Pull ups with 25 kg 3 sets |
