¿Que tal comunidad de SWC?, yo soy @blas-training y el dia de hoy me encuentro de nuevo en la comunidad,el dia de hoy les traigo una rutina de hombros muertos esta bastante interesante y me moleste en agregar algunos de mis ejercicios favoritos para trabajar las Planche push ups o Flexiones en plancha los cuales trabajan de forma muy completa y intensa,es un tabata el cual es bastante corto pero nos dejara los hombros muertos.
What's up SWC community, I'm @blas-training and today I'm back in the community, today I bring you a routine for dead shoulders is quite interesting and I bothered to add some of my favorite exercises to work the Planche push ups or push ups in plancha which work very complete and intense, is a tabata which is quite short but will leave us dead shoulders.

Bueno chicos esta fue la rutina de hoy espero les haya gustado,la verdad esta bastante completa para el hombro sin contar el trabajo en la skill de las planche push ups o flexiones en plancha por lo cual la recomiendo bastante para trabajarla en tabata o por separado cada ejercicio,la verdad con estos ejercicios consegui mis primeras Flexiones en plancha y hoy todavia uso estos ejercicios como en esta rutina,dicho esto me despido por hoy y recomiendo a todos la rutina.
Well guys this was today's routine I hope you liked it, the truth is quite complete for the shoulder without counting the work in the skill of the planche push ups or push-ups in plancha so I recommend it enough to work it in tabata or separately each exercise, the truth with these exercises I got my first push-ups in plancha and today I still use these exercises as in this routine, that said I say goodbye for today and I recommend everyone the routine.
