    Resistence routine of Calisthenics and Funcional movements

    Saludos a todos los atletas y Hivers de SWC soy @blas-training y hoy les traigo una de las rutinas que suelo hacer de vez en cuando en mis entrenamientos en los que combino movimientos de Calistenia con movimientos Funcionales,lo que permite no solo variar los entrenamientos sino tambien volvernos mas universales en distintos tipos de entrenamientos.
    Greetings to all SWC athletes and Hivers I'm @blas-training and today I bring you one of the routines that I usually do from time to time in my workouts in which I combine Calisthenics movements with Functional movements, which allows not only to vary the workouts but also become more universal in different types of workouts.

    Igual que como he dicho antes todos los ejercicios se pueden ajustar en base al nivel actual de la persona,podemos ajustarlo haciendo una progresion de las flexiones parada de manos o cambiando el ejercicio por uno de nuestra preferencia.
    As I said before all the exercises can be adjusted based on the current level of the person, we can adjust it by doing a progression of the handstand pushups or changing the exercise for one of our preference.

    Bueno atletas esta fue la rutina de hoy estos son los 5 ejercicios de la rutina,recuerden tomar el tiempo y vean en cuanto tiempo hicieron las tres vueltas y compitan contra ustedes mismos para bajar ese tiempo.
