Converting color image to Black and White using B&W adjustment layer in Photoshop.

As i have promised here is another B&W conversion technique that i am using to convert color images to monochrome. This is probably my favorite and most used one as it allows for most flexibility when working with skin tones. In this case there are no other colors, but in other cases you can also adjust luminosity of different articles to make elements to pop out or fade away as wanted.
