Hi friends of the Full Deportes community on the great Hive platform!!! Today I bring you a post to get your back working with Yoga.
It is a fairly simple transition, which can be intensified according to the practice of each one.
The important thing in these postures is that the intention of the pelvis is to go towards the floor. You should feel the work of the back but there should be no pain. If there is discomfort, relax the back.
The work is done the same, even if the separation of the chest and the floor seems little, whenever the practitioner feels this work, it is because it is being done.
This movement is called EXTENSION of the spine and we are applying it in the Cobra posture. It is lighter with forearms on the floor, then it is marked a little more by placing the palms of the hands on the floor and a more intense muscular work is done by separating the hands from the floor.
Subsequently, the posture of Arco or Dhanurasana, is a much more marked extension, which is good to be performed by listening carefully to the body, without demanding more than what the body is enabling.
Contrapostura
Counterposture
ALWAYS after the extensions, we have to move to a flexion, this is when there is an intention to bring the abdomen towards the quadriceps. To relax the back, especially the lunar area, this flexion has to be absolutely relaxing the whole body, to release tension and balance the flow of energy.
In this case we practice Balasana, the child pose.
I hope you like it and that you can practice it!
I send you love and a big hug!
Have a nice night and a beautiful Saturday morning!
