Hello my dear friends of the Full Deportes community on the beautiful Hive platform!!! I hope you are having a spectacular day.
This time I bring you a Yoga challenge for whoever wants to follow me. It's nothing elaborate nor will we hold the poses for too long, but rather it's more of a game, that's why I haven't given too much explanation on what to do.
However, I will just say one thing that is important: in case there is discomfort, don't strain yourself, we are just playing and the main goal is to have fun. You can try as many times as you want, you can fall down, you can do some postures yes and no, whatever you want.
**The fun is that whatever you do, keep your hands in anjali mudra, palms together in front of your chest.
Anjali mudra allows to balance the body, calm the mind and balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, for that reason I selected it for this challenge, because in the face of the imbalance of the postures, this mudra in some way, will always be acting to help us to sustain us in this small flow.
The practice took me about 6 minutes, but I sped it up because otherwise it became too slow for the viewer. The truth is that I never imagined that I would spend that much time doing balances.
When I finished, I felt a lot of pressure in my hands, more than in my legs, so I decided to shake at the end, as this gesture allows me to release any accumulated tension in my wrists and palms.
In case you imitate this challenge, I suggest you do the same at the end.
I hope you enjoy it and in case you do, please let me know how it went, hehehe.
