I woke up feeling the burn from yesterday and actually considered canceling today's program but as usual, I said fuck it and still went with it.
I focused on my arms and Chest with today's programs. The Chest exercise involved Normal push ups, wide arm push ups and then closed arms push ups. The close arm push ups are the most difficult to do but I pushed myself to do a few. In the future, I'll do close arm push ups first.
For my arm, I did a few curls for my bicepts and triceps. Building the muscles in the hind arm are really difficult but more rewarding because they generally make the arm look prettier. Oh well, thanks for watching and see you tomorrow
