Hola mis queridos hivers, como muchos sabrán, desde el mes de noviembre del año pasado retome mis entrenamientos en danza aérea, cosa que me hace muy feliz y hasta estoy considerando dedicarme solo a esta porque me motiva mucho jaja. Parecerá una nueva etapa de Bárbara la Maniática pero creo que no lo es 😹. Hemos tenido muchos avances, ahora hemos comenzado a incorporar figuras que encontremos en reels de Instagram cómo es el caso de la que mostraré a continuación

No siempre todos los intentos para estas figuras salen bien, a veces (como en el caso de esta) tuvimos que hacer varios intentos y pensar y buscarle la vuelta a la figura un largo rato para poder entender como se sacaba esta. Es muy diferente que alguien te la muestre a qué la hagas por tu cuenta y trates de entenderla. Aquí prepare este videito en el que muestro los intentos de la que practicamos en la clase pasada, espero que les guste un montón 😍
Not always all the attempts for these figures come out well, sometimes (as in the case of this one) we had to make several attempts and think and look for the figure for a long time to understand how to get this one.
