Hello my dear friends of the community, this is my first time posting here. For those who don't know me, my name is Barbara, I'm from Venezuela and I'm a dancer and rhythmic gymnast although currently I don't do so much gymnastics. I really like sports, it's something I enjoy doing, today I wanted to show you a little bit of my training at home when I don't usually go to the academy to train

Exercise is an escape for me, I enjoy doing it because it not only helps me to train my body, be in good shape and improve my health, but it also helps me to improve my mood and have more concentration when it comes to my academic activities. I hope to be sharing here more snippets of my way of exercising at home. Here is my first video, a little short because if I made it longer it would never load on my Internet here in Venezuela haha
