In this video i trimmed and added shorts where you can see main character arno is cleaning up enemies using stealth kill tools like smoke and blade.

The best way to kill multiple enemies is surely using a poison bomb. But to attract more enemies and kill at once use cherry bomb to first lure the enemies and let them gather.
Then you can have nice kill.

Another way is to use smoke and quickly do near blade kills.

If these not work, using a berserk blade is also a nice choice. Just hit any enemy one nearby and let them see fight.
