In our last session, our discussion dived into core principles that forms each of our moral codes i.e. the one code that holds above all others during difficult times. We discussed on the importance of the principle and shared a backstory to this reason. Also, we shared stories about situations that may have challenged our moral code and most especially how our moral code can be of influence on people around us.

THIS WEEK'S TOPIC:

Four Days Work Week

The world has drastically developed and traditional system of work are being questioned. What will be the impact of having a four-day work week, and longer hours of work time with 3 free days for employees. Would it contribute greatly to a good work-life balance, and also bring about efficiency to the workplace?

Discussion Question:

• Would a four-day workweek with longer work hours boost or hinder productivity? How can we ensure same consistent output with fewer workdays in businesses.
• How do you think having this change be of impact to an individual's work-life balance?
• Do you think there can be of any economic effect to this change? what impact would it make on the overall economy?
