The discussion entailed on how we think a child can be handled in order to make them the best versions of themselves, how we believe children can be well corrected when they do something wrong or if at all we will go train our very own child the same way our parents had trained us or bring up a method that best resonates with the type of person our children are.

Mid-Year Check-In: Reflecting On the First-Half of the Year

I cannot believe we are in the month of July already. It is as if the year 2024 just started and we are already halfway through it. The first half flew just like that, filled with experience, ups, downs, challenges and hopefully, some wins. To kick off this second half, let us take the moment to reflect, recharge and reignite.

Here are some questions to answer:

• What is the one thing you are proud of accomplishing this first half of the year, big or small?
• Looking back to the past six month, what had surprised you the most about the first half of the year?
• Are there any goals you have lost track on and will like to recommit to or do you have any new goals to pursue?
• Now that you are heading to the second half, what excites you the most?
