Soy de los que piensa que la felicidad no es una meta, sino una forma de vida.

Intento ser feliz el mayor tiempo del tiempo y para ello estas 3 actividades deben estar SIEMPRE en mis momentos de falicidad.

Entrenamiento físico porque además de mantenerme en forma también me hace feliz.

Pasar tiempo con la familia es el mayor regalo que tengo. Siendo una persona quien ha credido sin padres desde pronta edad, conozco de primera persona lo importante que es para mis hijas que tengan a su padre cerca para jugar, como modelo a seguir y cualquier cosa que necesiten.

¡Y el café no es es solo una bebida, es un estilo de vida que estoy muy feliz de haber encontrado!

Soy adicto al café y hace tiempo que no tengo sangre. La última vez que fuí al médico me dijo que ha encontrado café en mis venas :D

Physical training because besides keeping me fit it also makes me happy.

Spending time with family is the greatest gift I have. Being a person who has grown up without parents from an early age, I know firsthand how important it is for my daughters to have their father around to play with, as a role model and whatever else they need.

And coffee is not just a drink, it's a lifestyle that I am so happy to have found!
