Mi experiencia con agentes comerciales

He tenido la suerte de trabajar con varios agente comerciales y la mayoría han realizado un buen trabajo, pero eso biene de la mano del trato que he tenido con ellos.

Antes de trabajar con alguien, lo primero que hago es hacer una videollamada para saber varios puntos:

Cual es el nivel de comprención que tenemos al comunicarnos.

Que tipo de persona es, cuales son sus valores y forma de ser. En este punto busco personas que me inspiren confianza.

Cada semana me comunico con ellos para mantener un buana relación y les pregunto sobre su familia, noticias del país donde vive, sus deporte favorito, etc.

Veo a los agentes comerciales como un socio de mi negocio y por esa razón cuido mucho nuestra relación comerciales e intento ser el primer cliente al quien ellos quieren presentales sus nuevos projectos.

My experience with commercial agents

I have been fortunate to work with several commercial agents and most of them have done a good job, but that goes hand in hand with the dealings I have had with them.

Before working with someone, the first thing I do is make a video call to find out several things:

What is the level of understanding we have when communicating.

What kind of person they are, what are their values and way of being. At this point I look for people that inspire confidence in me.

Every week I communicate with them to maintain a good relationship and I ask them about their family, news about the country where they live, their favorite sports, etc.

I see commercial agents as a partner in my business and for that reason I take great care of our business relationship and try to be the first client to whom they want to introduce their new projects.
