PESADILLAS EN ZDE: Mis sueños de otro plano. 😱 (Esp/Eng)

Hola a todos en la aterradora comunidad de @zonadeescalofrio.
Hoy vengo a participar de la excelente iniciativa Pesadillas en ZDE.

Los sueños es un tema que me apasiona desde hace muchos años, y por esa razón he estudiado todo esto desde hace mucho tiempo, preguntándome porque me pasa lo que me pasa. Creo no es muy común ver a los sueños como algo más que experiencias que uno desearía tener o reminiscencias de vivencias actuales.

Vivo los sueños de una forma diferentes al resto de las personas, aunque no siempre fue así. Todo comenzó hace unos cuantos años, los sueños ya no fueron simples sueños sino algo más en mi vida y en el buscar respuestas para ellos, experimenté sobre mis propias experiencias para hallar claridad.

Todas las respuestas que dé están basadas en mi misma, en tratar de buscar el significado a mis sueños de otro plano.
Debo aclarar que, para mí, los sueños no son simples sueños, en mi caso, la mayoría suelen ser dos cosas: Premoniciones o avisos. También se me presentan pesadillas cuando algún alma oscura está cerca.

Sin más preámbulos vayamos a responder tan maravillosas preguntas.

Today I'm here to participate in the excellent Nightmares in ZDE initiative.

Dreams are a subject that I've been passionate about for many years, and for that reason I've been studying all this for a long time, wondering why what happens to me happens to me happens to me. I think it is not very common to see dreams as something more than experiences that one would like to have or reminiscences of current experiences.

I experience dreams in a different way to other people, although it wasn't always like that. It all started a few years ago, dreams were no longer just dreams but something more in my life and in seeking answers to them, I experimented on my own experiences to find clarity.

All the answers I give are based on myself, in trying to find the meaning of my dreams from another plane.
I should clarify that, for me, dreams are not just dreams, in my case, most of them are usually two things: Premonitions or warnings. I also have nightmares when some dark soul is near.

Without further ado, let's go to answer such wonderful questions.

¿Cuál fue el sueño más perturbador que tuviste? ¿Qué pensaste que podía significar?

He tenido infinidad de sueños perturbadores o llamadas pesadillas, también las llamo así para distinguir esos sueños de los más bonitos.

Dejando de lado las premoniciones, uno de los más perturbadores fue aquel en el que se me presenta una mujer joven en un ambiente blanco y negro. Mis pesadillas no son en colores.
Una mujer de cabello largo, muy largo, con lo que parecía ser una túnica vieja, roída, no caminaba, se arrastraba y hasta parecía que volaba. Sus ojos eran negros, completamente negros como si no hubiera ojos. Era un vacío interno. Aterradora.

Con ella soñé varias veces. Me perseguía, sin poder escapar, me hería con cuchillos, sintiendo yo en el sueño las heridas y el dolor, el espanto y la sensación de horror, queriendo gritar sin poder despertar, porque sabía que estaba en otro plano, uno oscuro, de energía baja y negra, ahí me había llevado ese espíritu.

El sueño más tenebroso que tengo con esa mujer llego a acercarse mucho, le vi el rostro pálido, como un muerto, sus ojos negros aterradores y me dijo “No te metas”. Sentí me llevaba a una oscuridad suprema.

Desperté con mucho esfuerzo, gritando, haciendo ruidos, debía salir de ahí.
Poco tiempo después me entero que esa persona existe y estaba haciendo daño a mi familia, daño severo. En la pesadilla vi su interior.
Cuando a esa persona se alejo de la familia, acabaron las pesadillas.

What was the most disturbing dream you ever had? What did you think it might mean?

I have had an infinite number of disturbing dreams or so-called nightmares, I also call them that to distinguish those dreams from the nicer ones.

Premonitions aside, one of the most disturbing was the one in which I was presented with a young woman in a black and white environment. My nightmares are not in colour.
A woman with long, very long hair, wearing what appeared to be an old, tattered tunic, she didn't walk, she crawled and even looked like she was flying. Her eyes were black, completely black as if there were no eyes. It was an inner emptiness. Terrifying.

I dreamt about her several times. It chased me, unable to escape, it wounded me with knives, and in the dream I felt the wounds and the pain, the horror and the sensation of horror, wanting to scream without being able to wake up, because I knew I was on another plane, a dark one, of low, black energy, that's where that spirit had taken me.

The darkest dream I have with that woman came very close, I saw her pale face, like a dead man, her black terrifying eyes and she told me "Don't get involved". I felt she was taking me to a supreme darkness.

I woke up with great effort, screaming, making noises, I had to get out of there.
A short time later I found out that this person existed and was hurting my family, severely hurting them. In the nightmare I saw inside him.
When that person was taken away from the family, the nightmares ended.

¿Alguna vez soñaste con algo y se hizo realidad?

Infinidad de veces, como dije la mayoría de mis sueños solo son la apertura a otro tiempo. Bendición o maldición no lo sé, pero me pasa.

Desde soñar que alguien morirá, vecinos, familia y hasta gente que ni conozco y luego me entero del suceso, hasta cosas buenas como mi partida a España, como fue el vuelo, el número que tenía el departamento al que fui a vivir.

Algunos son avisos, en un sueño mi abuela fallecida en el 2002 vino y me dijo “prepárate porque tendrás que ir a visitar a alguien al hospital”, días después me entero que mi mejor amiga tenía que operarse.

Soñé con las tres operaciones de mi madre, como saldría de ellas, dos accidentes de coche de alumnos míos, uno fatal, por nombrar algunos casos.

Jamás pensé que contaría todo esto. Muchos otros sueños hay que aún no se han cumplido, nunca se la fecha.

Have you ever dreamt of something and it came true?

Countless times, as I said most of my dreams are just the opening to another time. Blessing or curse I don't know, but it happens to me.

From dreaming that someone will die, neighbours, family and even people I don't even know and then I find out about it, to good things like my departure to Spain, how the flight was, the number of the flat I went to live in.

Some are warnings, in a dream my grandmother who passed away in 2002 came to me and said "get ready because you will have to visit someone in hospital", days later I found out that my best friend had to have an operation.

I dreamt about my mother's three operations, how she would come out of them, two car accidents of my students, one fatal, to name a few.

I never thought I would tell all this. There are many other dreams that have not yet come true, I never know the date.

¿Sufriste algún trastorno del sueño?

Sí, he sufrido el insomnio, y la parálisis del sueño.

Muchas veces cuando tengo pesadillas hasta me obligo a no dormir al menos por una hora, ya que ellas vuelven o continúan. Para evitar eso me mantengo despierta lo más que puedo.

En el caso de la parálisis del sueño, no me ha ocurrido muchas veces, pero sé que se produce cuando mi cuerpo energético aún no vuelve, es por eso que una persona no se puede mover en ese estado.

El cuerpo físico y el energético están unidos por el cordón de plata, cuando dormimos el energético sale de nuestro cuerpo y hasta que no vuelva no podemos movernos. Por eso vemos en esos instantes cosas de otros planos, la mayoría son cosas no bonitas.

Did you suffer from any sleep disorders?

Yes, I have suffered from insomnia, and sleep paralysis.

Many times when I have nightmares I even force myself not to sleep for at least an hour, as they come back or continue. To avoid that I stay awake as long as I can.

In the case of sleep paralysis, it has not happened to me many times, but I know that it occurs when my energetic body has not yet returned, that is why a person cannot move in that state.

The physical body and the energetic body are united by the silver cord, when we sleep the energetic body leaves our body and until it returns we cannot move. That is why we see things from other planes in those moments, most of them are not beautiful things.

¿Qué crees representan los sueños en nuestra vida?

Por todo lo dicho anteriormente, para mí y mis vivencias, los sueños son como viajes a otros sitios. Si bien hay de aquellos que representan anhelos y preocupaciones o muchos están influenciados por el estrés de la vida diaria, muchos otros no.

Mi forma de distinguirlos es si sueño en tercera o en primera persona. A cada cual puede pasarle distinto. Si es en primera persona es premonitorio o avisos. El resto son representaciones de la vida.

What do you think dreams represent in our lives?

For me and my experiences, dreams are like journeys to other places. While there are those that represent longings and worries or many are influenced by the stresses of everyday life, many others do not.

My way of distinguishing them is whether I dream in the third person or in the first person. It can happen differently for everyone. If it is in the first person it is premonitory or warnings. The rest are representations of life.

¿Crees que se puede viajar a través de los sueños?

Claro que sí, nacimos para dormir, dice el autor Jean Pierre Garnier Malet.

Los sueños son nuestro contacto con el otro lado. Se puede viajar tanto al futuro, como al pasado u a otros planos. También, para los que creen en vidas pasadas, a esas vidas se puede viajar. A los planos de alta energía o de baja, los oscuros, en los cuales hay que tener mucho cuidado.

Hay mucho más de lo que nuestros ojos pueden ver, y ya no depende de la ciencia o de algo comprobable. Sólo nuestra experiencia o simplemente creer. Universos alternos o paralelos. Nuestra vida es un conjunto de pensamientos y decisiones, depende de cual tomemos, se formará un camino y será un futuro. Hay tantos futuros posibles como pensamientos, cuidémoslos.

No todo el mundo tiene abierto el tercer ojo, pero todos lo pueden lograr.

Do you think you can travel through dreams?

Of course you can, we were born to sleep, says author Jean Pierre Garnier Malet.

Dreams are our contact with the other side. You can travel to the future, to the past or to other planes. Also, for those who believe in past lives, it is possible to travel to those lives. To the high energy planes or to the low energy, dark ones, where you have to be very careful.

There is much more than our eyes can see, and it no longer depends on science or anything verifiable. Only our experience or simply believing. Alternate or parallel universes. Our life is a set of thoughts and decisions, depending on which one we make, a path will be formed and a future will be formed. There are as many possible futures as there are thoughts, let's take care of them.

Not everyone's third eye is open, but everyone can achieve it.
