    Hello friends.Greetings to all.
    Right now insomnia creates a major problem in our lifestyle.It hampers our performance in our workplace very badly.
    Moreover we are also responsible to some extent to develop insomnia.The overuse of different devices specially during sleeping period causes lack of sleeping time and ultimately develop insomnia.
