Holy ramadan month is going on.There is confusion that whether we will continue our exercise schedule or not.
The fact is that we can skip the schedule if we want for this month.But we need to focas on our diet more strictly so that we dont gain weight.
But the best way is to continue in some extent that will give the best outcome in terms of our fitness.
