    Hello friends.Greetings to all.
    The holy ramadan month is going all.Its important to stay healthy and stay fresh in this month.Otherwise this month of blessing will not be helpful for you.
    One of the most important thing we need to remember in this month is to avoid processed and fried food as much as we can.
    It containins lots of unhealthy ingredients that may be toxic for your digestive system and you may end up with gaining weight at the end of the month.
    The wise option is to eat nutritious foods in small portion giving some food free interval period.And of course drinking lots of water to fulfil the water need.

    The purpose of this holy ramadan is to make us health both physically and spiritually.So we must help ourselves and take the maximum benefits of this holy ramadan.
