Dear hivers and members of the Street Workout Community I greet you and I hope you are well. In my incursion as a beginner in this workout community I continue to perform the basic exercises to progressively gain strength throughout the upper body and thus advance in strengthening the muscles needed to develop increasingly complex exercises, in this sense I want to share these basic strengthening exercises. With nothing more to add I say goodbye until a new opportunity.
