There is a great importance in strengthening the lower body, mainly because our legs are the permanent support of all our weight, thus exercising the legs goes beyond an aesthetic aspect and focuses on having a good support for our whole body. In my case 2 years ago I suffered fractures in both ankles by an accident and I was about 4 months without mobility in the legs, the experience was difficult, relearning to walk step by step with crutches and then try to recover the mechanics of movement was very complicated, so complicated that I still have sequelae dela operation on the ankle of the right leg where the fracture was severe. But here I am sharing this type of routine that in my case is of great importance because I must have strong legs to avoid further injury ... so I say goodbye friends of full sports ....
