Fellow members of the Street Worrkout Community, greetings and I hope you are well. as you already know I am a beginner in this type of sport, the workout and its exercises require a great development of strength throughout the upper body of our body, all this to increase the strength that can support our muscles and thus perform positions and really complex movements, for this reason I called my attention and as a beginner I am doing the necessary exercises to begin to gain strength and also d lose weight in order to advance in this sport discipline ...
