Hello friends of full sports I hope you are well, today I would like to present some exercises that will strengthen our arms and legs. This routine will allow us to have greater strength and endurance in our arms and legs and thus contribute to a less sedentary life and better health.
I have to remember that it is important to warm up beforehand between 5 and 10 minutes, all this to avoid any muscle injury resulting from not having warmed up or stretched the muscles.
