    Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad Street Workout Community , En esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes, lo que fue mi circuito intenso de pull ups en conjunto con flexiones, un entrenamiento intenso que realice en la mañana de hoy, rutina especialmente de fuerza y de mucha resistencia, de donde saltamos de un ejercicio a otro, realizando 5 pull ups y 10 flexiones sucesivamente cada ejercicio.
