    MY FIRST POST FOR THE #EXHAUST COMMUNITY 🏃🏽‍♂️💪🏽⚡


    Espero ser bienvenido en la comunidad y seguir compartiendo contenido deportivo, actividades, entrenamiento, rutinas, entre otros y todo lo que tenga que ver con en entrenamiento físico y correr.
    I hope to be welcome in the community and continue sharing sports content, activities, training, routines, among others and everything that has to do with physical training and running.

    Para los que no me conocen, soy estudiante de Educación Física y practico atletismo, la cual vi muchos post referente al trote y carreras, algo que me parece totalmente agradable porque pertenezco a ese mundo y amo correr, me voy a entender muy bien con esta excelente comunidad.
    For those who do not know me, I am a student of Physical Education and I practice athletics, which I saw many posts regarding jogging and racing, something that seems totally pleasant to me because I belong to that world and I love running, I am going to understand myself very well with this excellent community.


    En el video que les presente a continuación es un pequeña rutina de entrenamiento hecha en casa, donde estamos trabajando los tríceps y diferentes maneras de trabajarlo y desarrollarlo.
    In the video that I present to you below is a small training routine done at home, where we are working the triceps and different ways to work and develop it.


    Esta rutina está basada en no solo, fortalecer el tríceps sino que también definirlo y aumentar la masa muscular.
    This routine is based on not only strengthening the triceps but also defining it and increasing muscle mass.
