    Rutina de entrenamiento, esta serie está orientada para fortalecer el grupo de músculos que conforman el sector del tren superior del superior e inferior, muy buena en definir y aumentar la masa muscular.
    Training routine, this series is aimed at strengthening the group of muscles that make up the upper and lower body, very good at defining and increasing muscle mass.

    Este set de entrenamiento que realice estuvimos trabajando en la barras paralelas, donde hicimos un trabajo intenso de fortalecimiento, y trabajamos fuertemente con un caucho lo que fue el tren inferior trabajando ejercicios de potencia.
    This training set that I did we were working on the parallel bars, where we did intense strengthening work, and we worked hard with a rubber which was the lower body working power exercises.
