    Saludos queridos amigos de entrenamiento callejero, espero que estén muy bien, en esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes mi set de entrenamiento que realice en la mañana de hoy, para fortalecer tren superior e inferior, donde prepare dos superset muy completos para tener un excelente acondicionamiento físico que podemos trabajar de 3 a 4 series.
    Greetings dear friends of street training, I hope you are very well, this time I share with all of you my training set that I did this morning, to strengthen upper and lower body, where I prepared two very complete supersets to have excellent conditioning physical that we can work from 3 to 4 series.

    RUTINA DE ENTRENAMIENTO DE CUERPO COMPLETO
    FULL BODY WORKOUT ROUTINE


    Inicie primero con un Superset para el tren superior, donde estuve ejecutando 4 ejercicios totalmente seguidos, trabajándolo por 4 series con 3 minutos de descanso, empecé mi entrenamiento con unos fondos realizando 10 repeticiones totalmente completas, flexionamos los codos de manera de que el pecho descienda hasta el nivel de las barras, las piernas y el torso totalmente inmóvil. Solo debe moverse el cuerpo hacia abajo y arriba.
    I started first with a Superset for the upper body, where I was executing 4 exercises in a row, working it for 4 series with 3 minutes of rest, I started my training with some dips doing 10 totally complete repetitions, we flexed the elbows so that the chest descends up to the level of the bars, the legs and the torso totally immobile. You should only move your body up and down.

    Seguido de ahí nos fuimos a las dominadas realizando 10 repeticiones con agarre prono.
    Followed from there we went to the pull-ups performing 10 reps with an overhand grip.

    Tercer ejercicio de mi superset realicé unas frontales en L-sit con repeticiones entre 8 a 10 repeticiones, con un agarre neutro, diría que de todos los agarres es el más cómodo de todos.
    Third exercise of my superset I did a front L-sit with repetitions between 8 to 10 repetitions, with a neutral grip, I would say that of all the grips it is the most comfortable of all.

    Para culminar el superset terminamos con extensiones de tríceps, estirando los brazos seguidamente, doblando los codos hacia adelante, que la cabeza llegue a la altura de las manos y volemos Va la posición inicial.
    To finish the superset we finish with triceps extensions, straightening the arms next, bending the elbows forward, reaching the head to the height of the hands and we fly to the starting position.

    CIRCUITO DE PIERNA
    LEG CIRCUIT

    Empecé mi circuito de pierna, con sentadillas en salto, ejecutando 10 repeticiones, seguido de unas zancadas en salto, realizando 10 repeticiones por igual.
    I started my leg circuit, with jump squats, doing 10 reps, followed by a jump lunge, doing 10 equally.

    Para volver nuevamente a las sentadillas, esta vez en zumo 10 repeticiones y terminamos con una sentadilla estática quedándonos abajo por 15 segundos ejecutando así 4 series de este Superset de pierna.
    To return to the squats again, this time in juice 10 repetitions and we finish with a static squat staying down for 15 seconds thus executing 4 series of this leg Superset.

    Esta rutina de superset es muy completa donde trabajamos con nuestro propio peso corporal.
